Client wanted built-in bookshelves with television and decorative fireplace hung from wall. She didn’t want the wall to be flat and to have visual depth as well as a library feel. She had bookcases that fit the space and had chosen trim that she liked to finish the look. I needed to build a structure behind the unit to support the television and fireplace and move the electrical to ensure all cords would be behind the structure yet still accessible should the electronics need to be changed. The end result thrilled the client and raised the value of her home.
